I really appreciate all that Jane did for my son. He had a very fast speeding ticket in the Daytona area and she was able to get his points wiped off and the ticket reduced over half off. She was very professional, honest and quick to respond. Her fees were very reasonable compared to other attorneys. Louella her paralegal was very helpful too. If you need a good attorney please check out her website and give her a call.

Wish I wouldve had Jane a long time ago! Jane and her team helped me through every step of the way, they were extremely helpful in protecting my rights as a father and helped me though this case from over 2,000 miles away! It was tough for me since I never had to hire a lawyer before and Im glad I went with them. I was protected, I was treated very well and I felt like even if I just needed to talk to relieve some stress they were there for me and made me feel human and took care of me. At the end of it all I ended up with some more protection and that was a huge relief to be able to continue to build a relationship with my children when I was dealing with an extremely uncooperative person. Thank you for everything you did and I definitely will be calling again if I ever need legal help!

First off, if I could give Attorney Jane Park a 10 star review, I would in a heartbeat. This attorney has truly worked hard to get my case dismissed and was considerate of my financial situation as well, because the other attorneys I had called around at first, wanted to charge me outrageous fees for my minor situation and wern't too honest about 'what is',(being my specific case) but instead talked about 'what if' , invoking fear just to get me to pay more money, when I knew myself, that my case wasn't bad at all. However after searching google for 2 days, finally found Jane Park and she treated me with respect, worked very hard, and was prompt in getting back to me, even when she probably had other clients to deal with. Honestly, I highly recommend her if you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest attorney to handle your case with urgency, importance, and care. Thank you much.

My son has had Jane now for about 5 to 6 months on a Conspiracy Charge. However she only visited him 3 times within those 5/6 months. She never had any new info on my sons case. In fact she always asked him is there something he wanted to talk about instead of giving new info on his case. She is never prepared in court shes always late. To be an attorney and representing someone in a case such as my sons, she has poor representation. As we all know the world has been impacted by the virus COVID19. At this time the governor has been releasing inmates to stop, slow down and, control the virus inside the jails. However Jane refuses to fight for my sons release and her reason for not doing so she states he has a pending 15yr mandatory sentence in-fact her words were I WILL NOT BE FILLING ANY MOTIONS. However Ive been reading and there are some that has the same sentencing pending but have been released due to COVID19. What bothers me even more is shes unavailable due she had to tend to an urgent matter as if COVID19 isnt serious and people all across the globe have been dying no matter the age. Ive sent her news clippings and she has yet to try and have him release.

Over the past fifteen years, I have had to seek and retain the advice and legal counsel for various reasons including real estate, tax, criminal for my son, and family law. 75% of the monies I have spent over the years have been to retain legal counsel for my son who has had alcohol and addiction issues during this time when most judges and district attorneys feel incarceration is the best cure for these very real issues. During the last two years, and after losing faith in two lawyers who had taken a lot of money from me, with little or no real solutions and or resolve or relief, I asked a friend in the Daytona area to suggest a lawyer I might try.
