On May 19, 2013, a drunk driver rear ended me while driving a company vehicle at work. It was complicated but manageable when there is a competent law firm working for you. At first, I didnt think attorneys were necessary until I spoke with Lacey Powell Clark. With medical bills accumulating and eventually being out of work for several years it was necessary to let a professional team handle all aspects of my case. Lacey managed and tracked all records, secured settlements and ensured all bills and liens were paid. After Lacey Powell Clark left to serve as Circuit Judge, James Clark took up the case and finalized court filings and settlements. Gill Powell, Jr. also became an integral part of the team. They made the entire office available to my wife and I and treated us with dignity and respect. The whole ordeal ended in December 1918. In the end, the final settlement was much more than we expected. No regrets.

I originally hired Powell, Powell, and Powell, but turns out there are a lot of Powells out there that you can work with. They were all very informative and gave me all my options. They used their combined many many many years of experience to guide me to the best choice. They prevented a quick and stupid mistake causing years in prison. I would recommend Beau and his team/family to anyone. Worth the money, would pay again and again without hesitation.

Gill Powell is amazing and got our case won in under a year . My son was only 24 and was killed on I-10 while working , because of a truck drivers Negligence Gill and the staff at Powell Powell & Powell was there for us every step of the way and would NOT accept the trucking companys low ball offered settlement. He proved that the driver was at fault . I could never put a price on my sons life but what Gill did for us was just amazing !!!!!

If you ask me how Powell and Powell and Powell practice law I couldn't tell you because their office and they're scheduling is so unprofessional and rude that I didn't make it that far three days I tried to get into a consultation on the phone and they were too busy to call me back but continue to reschedule it I'm busy too if your matter is time-sensitive as mine is I strongly suggest you find a different attorney then Powell Powell and Powell because they're too busy to cheap appointments that they themselves set or return phone calls and which day themselves make arrangements to do so I personally why do I want an attorney that can't even take the time to talk to me
