I am very disappointed with her service, my ex left me and took my daughter 4 hours drive from here, I panicked and went to this office that was close to me, she told me I needed to act fast because the mother can settle herself to her new location, enroll my daughter to a new school and everything was going to be more difficult. She was very eager to take my case, but after I signed her contract and started paying her, she did nothing, she asked for all my banks information she gave that info to my ex, I did not know what was the point on that, it was like she was working for her, after a year of paying her lots of money with no result, and only seeing my daughter some weekends, we went to settle at mediation, and accepted the terms because my lawyer told me she could not get better deal at court. Now my ex moved farther away and she is required to travel half way only once a month! I guess fathers are wallets for this lawyer.

I had to share the experience because I feel there are other Fathers out there in need of services. I met the attorney by coincidence through my mother at a christmas event. I had an attorney who was not doing anything for me And about to lose my daughter it was a dcf case and they already had a family who wanted to adopt. I asked her for a consultation and she offered to review my paperwork. I was desperate tired of seeing my mother go to sleep crying every night because her granddaughter was not coming home. My mom had prepared a room for my daughter and would go there every night and cry. My old attorney told me time had run out and i had to do drug class. I told him i did not do drugs but he did not believe me. Mrs. Rodriguez believed me and she fought for me and even got them to keep the case open pending my nail drug test. Test came back negative and she was able to show they mixed my old results with another guy with same name. Three weeks later court granted reunification and now my daughter is with me permanently. I even invited attorney Rodriguez to her birthday party. There are no words to express my gratitude thank you for being an angel in my life.
