Mathew Irwin and Men's Rights Law Firm was the best thing that happened to me. Had another law firm representing me that was not going anywhere. Luckily they referred me to Matthew Irwin and his firm. He refused to let my case go in the direction it was heading. He told me I could not settle on what my wife and her firm were willing to do for me. And we didn't! I was shocked to learn about my rights and what I was entitled to. My X was the major bread winner in the house and she thought that she was not going to give anything up since I am the one who wanted the divorce. After 33 years of marriage now in my past I have never been happier, more relaxed, have complete freedom, vacationing regularly, and 100% dept free. And after all is said and done with the divorce I can still pick up the phone and call Matthew, Gracie, and the rest of the staff who are completely willing to answer my questions or send me a copies of paperwork I might need for taxes etc. All in all very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring about there clients needs and best interest! Just when I thought I had a great law firm representing me I was impressed all over again Millie is absolutely there are no words for Milly shes like Johnny on the spot Always calls you back always explain things to you she could not do her job any better if she tried I truly believe that then theres Janine Janine is kind of Tony soprano and a pitbull mix together when I say that she represent you she represents you she puts her self in front she did for me today something that I didnt think was possible I have been trying to get modifications and all kinds of things for each nine years then I went to waiting for disability and meanwhile the client kept chicken I cumulated over $100,000 in back child support and if it wasnt for Janine that she found an open stipulation in my court case I wouldve most likely had to pay all that money back which I shouldnt of had to pay but I wouldve had to saying Im happy with this law firm is an understatement when the owner shook my hand after hearing what I had to say and my situation he told me he was going to help me and I left that day thinking maybe you will but they have gone above and beyond even when I havent been able to pay they have still help me when it comes to men theyre the only law firm to go .

Beware of these crooksFollow up reply to my ' formed opinion' FACTS!After investing 7k, I could no longer afford to keep paying. This was the primary reason for ending your services. Not that I would have wanted to keep the lame duck service anyway. But, if you want to call that irreconcilable differences -as you did on your withdrawal papers- so be it.When you have your first meeting to prepare and the attorney tells you 'I haven't had the chance to read your paperwork yet' then why did I waste my time and why was I paying for it?When the judge yells at your lawyer that's usually a good indication that you are going to lose.When the lawyer says to get there at 8am knowing the judge doesn't arrive until 9am and goes through the easier cases first, what is the purpose of being there early? Other than to eat through the retainer. I thought things would be improve after Matt suggested having another attorney on the team take over - supposedly with him overseeing. She showed up late not knowing where to go. Then left me to fend for myself because she clearly wasn't prepared. The ex-wife attorney didn't even have paperwork submitted so I don't know why we were even meeting- other than that the attorneys were getting paid. The office girls are exceptional but unfortunately, lawyers here only care about the money and not about right or wrong. I wasted $7000 and hope that others don't fall for the stories.

We had an extremely high profile custody case that was going very badly until we retained Mr Irwin. He has been instrumental in winning our case. Inevery step of the case he succeeded in doing exactly what he said he would. i lived out of state cross country, and he kept me outnof the court room until the very end at trial. I do not write this review in anger or spite . I just want to let know to the next Father in distress who desperately need help from a lawyer and who do not have 3000 $ for deposit on hand ,that it will be better to find some different Law firm .When i called with plea for help I was greeted with very polite and respectful receptionist, who after hearing my plea explain to me that they do not have payment plans and instead offered me number for Legal Aid . I do not feel grudge just sadness . As a man and Father in distress i will not get help from law firm who stand for Man's rights as they advertise . There is lots of men like me who work very hard but cannot afford such a high fee in 1 payment . I will still great all of there lawyers with respect when they come to my place of work .Update : After posting this review i have got call from Mr.Matthew P. Irwin, Esq who inquired in my situation and offer me to meet him at my closes available time so we can discuss my problem and hopefully find solution .
