After spending 2 hours and $137.95 in their office to complete a tax return that I could have completed in 30 minutes at home, online for free, the promised Serve card was denied due to having an existing account with serve. If they had taken the initiative to train their employees about the promotions they offer, I would not have to drive back to Pensacola from Tampa just to receive my check. They make no attempt to rectify or resolve the situation other than telling me that I should be content with their services. This was the first year I have used Jackson Hewitt and it will be the last. Each franchise works within it's own set of rules and guidelines. This one operates with almost no standards.
