AMAZING. From the front desk receptionist girls to Ashley they were just amazing from day 1. So informative of any and every question I had. Open line of communication. Really fought hard for my boyfriends case and got him a deal we did not think would be possible and would not have been without attorney Ashley representing him. Worth every dollar paid. Very upfront and lets you know what you can do if anything needed. If I could give 10 stars I truly would. Thank you guys for your effort in his case & your motivation to get him home. Hopefully will not have to obtain again but if we did I would 100 times more!!!!

I totally understood that there were no guarantees. Mr. Aulls would do all that he could to get the citation dismissed or reduced. Pro: * Mr. Aulls represented me which removed my requirement to travel out of town to attend court.* The issue was closed with no points being added to my driving record.* Should I have the misfortune of receiving another citation within the next 12 months I believe the traffic school option will exist.* Attorney fees were reasonable.* The office staff was great to work with.Con:* The charges were settled as nolo contendere (which I now understand will be on my driving record and will be considered the same as pleading guilty as far as my car insurance company and employer are concerned). * The misunderstanding that I thought that I was contesting the charges because of multiple facts related to my citation. Communicating the pros & cons of how a client pleads would have been helpful. I'm assuming the case was settled in my best interest but I really dont know if the option of 'not guilty' was explored.

Don't just pay the tickets and don't bother trying to represent yourself! Mr. Aulls is a great criminal defense choice when dealing with the Hernando County court system.
