I met Sean Peek on a referral from a family member and I was very impressed with him. Of course, I was foisted on an associate. After months and months of back and forth, of not knowing what was going on and shelling out $6,000.00, all I had was a divorce, a piece of paper. I could have gotten the same thing on Legalzoom. For a lot less money! My ex sold our house and everything out from under me, pocketed everything and ran off to Florida with his girlfriend and our mobile home. He was able to sabotage my credit and ultimately filed bankruptcy on me. My lawyer just kept telling me that there was nothing he could do. I have found, in my experience, its not so much that lawyers lie, per se, its that they tell you only what they want you to hear.They will do the minimum, the path of least resistance, the least amount of work for the money! No wonder they have the reputation they have! Bottom feeders!

My review of Sean comes as an attorney litigating against him in my own family law dispute. When my marriage was ending, my wife and I turned to Sean for help resolving all the complex problems a divorcing couple faces. Sean represented my now ex-wife with a fortitude and grace that is often missing in most family law attorneys. At a time when most lawyers were still uneasy about same-sex marriage/divorce, Sean and his team were accepting, gracious, and kind. While he certainly fought extremely hard for my ex, his professionalism and ability to focus on resolving problems ensured that we were able to reach a fair and equitable settlement without incurring high legal fees. Without question, I strongly recommend that anyone facing a family law issue contact Sean and his team for excellent legal advice.
