I got a dui 10 years ago and I was given a deadline to complete all of my DUI classes. I completed all of the classes before the deadline and turned in my paperwork on time. This court did not process my paperwork until after the deadline and because of that reason, I got a violation of probation on my permanent record. When I called to try and get the mistake fixed, they told me I have to pay a $60 filing fee and come all the way back to Nevada county for a court hearing to challenge the violation of probation charge. I did what I was supposed to do and took care of my business and I shouldn't have to pay any money or waste time trying to fix your mistake! Corruption at its finest.

I was attacked and kidnapped for 3 days by at lest 3 Deputies, Green Sullivan and Saunders. They stole over $550,000 of my assets illegally. They are being sued for operating their land theft ring through the county recorder. Judge Tamietti sent the goon squad out 5 days after the appeal on his corruption was accepted. NV County is a criminal organization.
