STAY AWAY!...THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL 'ATTORNEY' EVERR!!! I i have been trying to get in contact w this person since October of 2018 and not a single call back from her or her office regarding my child custody case. I had realized that something was wrong when i had gone to pick up my daughter for my planned schedule of the holidays and the mother did not show. So i call the mother to find out what was going on and she said that there was no finalized court order that she had to give her to me for the holidays. I then go to the courthouse thinking maybe i did something wrong but come to realize that beatriz hadnt submitted some finalized writings which was HER job in order for me have my child for the holidays. I now have missed thanksgiving, xmas, new years, my bday, and probably now her bday with the way things are going. I cant stress enough how unhappy and unprofessional this women is, and the lack of caring and concern for ones life reagarding the children. I want to write so much more but i simply dont have the time. Take my word...stay....away.

If no stars we an option I would give that. This woman is horrible at her job, not recommended or favored by many others in her profession. After many repeated and unanswered calls in attempt to sign divorce papers (before the last and final day to file) did she finally call last min and same day to sign. She apperently files divorce papers wrong on purpose as a favor to a very bitter ex wife who doesn't want her ex husband to remarry. Her files have apperently been rejected because she (being a 'lawyer') filed them wrong!!! Currently in the process of being sued. Stay away from this lady you will only end up paying more because her client will have to pay in the end since she doesnt follow court order or do her job.

Beatriz was not professional through her conduct between herself and my family. She basically was attempting to hand over the case to the other side by leveraging offers and suggestions that seemed to be entirely in favor of said opposite group, and seemed to not want to build a strong case for us by negotiating in any way for offers in our favor or even that were fair to both parties involved. She also mishandled finances in her favor and ended with her charging a large unreasonable deposit for us for hours she worked, even though she didn't seem to have worked on our case for the amount of hours she had detailed in her forms. In the end we had to hire a different lawyer to pick up the pieces of her bad practice after seemingly abandoning our case. I DO NOT recommend her at all as she proved to not being capable of handling our case in any way, and seemed to try to take an easy way out of it.

I dont have a great deal of money so I decided to go to this office since they had said that there prices where low.. Mmmm yea nope. Went for a consolation they charge me $100 cash. And asking for a retainer of $5000 plus 350 hr. Way more then I had anticipated.... also there office is not even organized nor clean. I just dont understand why people take advantage of others..
