Mr. Javellana was my attorney for a fairly complicated out of state child custody case. Mr. Javellana was very clear up front on how thing were going to play out and the fees i was going to pay. We met with Fitz and told him how serious is was that our paperwork for my step son's be done immediately as it was an emergency situation. He waited 4 plus weeks to file the paper work and ignore us every time we tried to call. In the meantime the mother filed her own papers and this will now greatly affect us in court.
