I was referred to Provinziano and Associates through my employer. I was given the option to have a sit down or telephonic consultation regarding my case. I chose to have a telephonic interview with Mr. Alphonse Provinziano. I contacted his staff to schedule the telephonic interview. They were receptive and responsive to questions that I had regarding the interview. During the interview Mr. Alphonse Provinziano was compassionate and knowledgeable about my situation. He provided a detail vision for what his law firm could provide. Throughout my divorce he was available for any questions or court dates that I had. Also, his support staff (associates) were awesome during my case. They filled in the gap when paperwork or telephone calls was needed to be made. I was so impressed with his services, I recommended him to my co-worker. It's a great feeling when you can depend on a law firm for such a life changing event.

I hired Al to represent me in my third mediation with my ex-husband who suddenly stopped paying child and spousal support. My ex is a successful litigator who was represented by someone equally intimidating so not an easy case for anyone. My previous attorney was weak and caved in the face of those two. Not Al. Al was extremely professional and polite, a good guy, not your average lawyer. He was firm, honest and realistic with me and the 'other side'. He succeeded in getting my ex to pay me for the entire 9 months of support which he owed me. He also got him to pay a large percentage of my legal fees as well as sign an agreement which was better than the previous agreement in many ways. Al's, the man.

My wife and I recently lost our youngest daughter. We were faced with the prospect of losing custody of our only grandson. His father threaten to take him out of the state. My mom recently had an ex who was threatening to blackmail her and being evasive. She heard about Provinziano through a friend of a friend and BOOM... they jumped in to help her case. I also spoke to them myself in order to help my mom with the court room jargon and they were very informative. Finally, about a month later they WON her case. It took time and effort but they were super attentive (as busy as they are) and professional. They obtained a restraining order for my mom and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I hired Al Provinziano originally to handle a restraining order against my husbands ex wife. We just wanted some peace in our lives and to escape the chaos. This case turned into a child custody war along with all kinds of crazy accusations against my husband and I. Al was able to be the voice of reason in the middle of a category 5 hurricane and encouraged us to trust him with everything. In December of 2015 my wife and I separated, I spent weeks looking for a lawyer that could handle my difficult case. I had CPS involved, I had a wife with a metal health disorder, and had no idea what to expect, unfortunately I chose the wrong lawyer first. My first lawyer took a messy hard case and made it way worse. In January of 2016 I began the search for a new lawyer, I found Mr. Provinziano on Forbs Magazine Website under Best Lawyer for Family Law I was skeptical after my first lawyer made my situation worse, I contacted Mr. Provinzianos office and found that Maria and Mr. Provinziano both had confidence that they could change the tide of my case.Some back story up to this point, the judge did not like me, my previous lawyer painted this picture for him that I had no grounds for a domestic violence restraining order. My first lawyer started to side with my wife mid-way through the case, he refused to show some of the evidence and told me that the medical records were impossible to obtain. The judge only approved a temporary restraining order due to the threats on my life and our children, which CPS had made it clear to me that if the restraining order was lifted they would be back in my life. The Judge made it clear that he was not going to approve it after the 3 months had expired.Once Mr. Provinziano took care of all the major headaches that came up such as supervisors quitting, harassment over money and many other hurdles. We got to the court day and Mr. Provinziano was so calm, it made me nervous how calm he was. He had every question and potential answer thought out. Mr. Provinziano and his team did the impossible and got even the medial records of my wife. Mr. Provinziano was given reports from family members doing the supervised visitations observing behavior as well as paid supervisors that gave Mr. Provinziano and his team enough evidence to prove my case.We entered the court room to find the Judge not willing to reopen the case. He was ready to remove the restraining order and Mr. Provinziano was already prepared for this. He managed to convince the Judge to open the case, accept new evidence, and listen to us for over 3 hours. As I said before the Judge was against me, by the end Mr. Provinziano had calmly entertained his point, introduced evidence, got witnesses to admit things that helped, all of this while keeping me calm. The Judge told me I couldnt speak so I was very nervous. Mr. Provinziano at times had to tell me to be quiet and trust him which I did, and I am so grateful I did. The result was the restraining order got approved, the Judge changed his opinion of me, and told my wife he would have pursued a restraining order against her if he was me! Mr. Provinziano was able to maintain the professional supervisor situation with lowered hours. Mr. Provinziano was so calm and knowledgeable he had answers and solutions for everything. He still represents me for my divorce and I tell everyone.DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DIDGO TO MR. PROVINZIANO FIRST, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

When researching for a replacement to this very poor attorney service & team (to be fair, out of the 5-7 people I dealt with, over 4 months or more, 2 were very professional and did their work right), I can quote 2 other attorneys I consulted with who knew of A. Provinziano and said about him: "he's horrible" and "he's totally checked out"... woa I was mind-blown! The associate who sold me on their representation turned out to have a huge conflict of interest so the relationship began on a lie. Then Provinziano was forced to take on the case himself and he totally half-assed it. Skip this one trust me.
