11 months into a small personal injury case and nothing. Communication is zero, then after I finally emailed I'm told they've tried to call me several times. Yea, because I don't want this over... preposterous.Excuses, poor communication, and unsympathetic attitude. I've never hired an attorney and now I know why they get such a bad wrap. I'm so frustrated and now to get told I have to wait a WEEK just to get a phone call...really? YOU'VE HAD ELEVEN MONTHS
