I had Shea Crosby to represent myself and my kids. Shea would be ideal if she was the attorney that your going AGAINST. She did the opposite as asked on multiple occasions. After never responding to voice calls, she told me to try email, I do a little better at that. She was wrong. I tried to express my concerns with an owner or partner invested in the firm. Office manager Patty explained to me that shes the best Ill get. She refused to listen to my concerns, and immediately told Shea that I was upset. This led to a long conversation with Shea about why shes so terrible. I gave her a second chance, which proved to be a mistake with even worse work ethic and compassion for my kids and I. I ultimately fired her and went with a reputable attorney that worked quickly to correct her mistakes, and closed my case quickly. I still have not been given the chance to talk to the owners. Their slogan is an absolute slap in the face considering the immense amount of stress that Shea Crosby & Martin Attorneys added to my divorce.

Loved working with my attorney Sherri. Was always updated by text or email.Was told in detail how things would happen,and when they would happen. Got invoice everytime I made a payment, and a statement of how much I paid for taxes. This was our first adoption , and our best one . Thank you for the hard work !

If you're trying to save money I recommend going with a more reputable place with a higher retainer. Even though these guys have a very reasonable retainer and are pretty good at what they do, it's not even close to being worth what you're paying for. This firm will slam you with fees after fees and you will end up paying much more than in the end than you would going to the fancy attorney. You'll get a run of the mill attorney that's arrogant and quick to jump to conclusions. However if you're in Dire Straits and need a good and quick attorney with a low retainer these are your guys. They do their jobs but they're VERY expensive in the end. I urge anyone looking at these guys to make sure you'll be able to bear the final expenses.

After losing a portion of my monthly income, I was unable to pay all my debt every month. I didn't want to wait until I was behind on everything and in dire straights so I went to them for help. The first consultation I told them of all the bills that I had, what my monthly income was and asked for their help. They told me since most of the items were unsecured debt that I could file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, everyone would get paid back under this program. They gave me what the monthly payment would be, the price of the service, and set up an appointment to file. On the day of the appointment, I came in with all the paperwork that they requested. They put everything into the computer then told me what the payment would be every month, this payment was not the same as the one told me on the first visit, it was almost double the amount. I paid the fee they required and left the office crying wondering how I was going to be able to afford the monthly payment. After speaking with a friend, I called back and canceled the bankruptcy. I realize that you can't always give the exact amount but I had given them all the amounts at the first visit, nothing had changed. The fee I paid was gone and I still had no solution to my debt problem, I would NOT recommend this company.

I am so thankful that attorneys like Shea Crosby exist! Admittedly, I didn't know what I needed or wanted prior to my initial consultation with Shea. I had met or spoke with several other lawyers before meeting her. Each and every time I left feeling defeated, insignificant, or like a dollar sign. Shea was the first attorney to listen to me thoroughly, take me seriously, show compassion, and speak honestly with me about my case. Her level of professionalism continued throughout the entirety of my case, which lasted just shy of ten months. Shea was always easily accessible through text, email, and phone calls. She fought for me, and my family, and she believed in me, even at times when others didn't. At the end of the day, Shea helped me negotiate an agreement which provided me and my family the relief and protections we NEEDED, and WANTED. I am so very grateful for her. It's not often one is sad when their legal proceedings have ended (when they've 'won'). But that is exactly how I felt. Shea was my advisor, advocate, and by time it was over, I also considered her a friend. Her real world experience made her not only relatable, but often times my confidant. I highly recommend Shea Crosby to anyone needing a family law attorney.

Stephen isnt my lawyer, but is my exes lawyer and is very pricey and charges for every single little thing! Weve been waiting months and months to get our divorce and we arent able to do so because my ex owes him over $4k, ridiculous pricing. He charged her for redoing our decree about splitting our taxes when we already had it settled the first time in court which he didnt even have to do when it was already settled to begin with. 0/100 stars. Only cares about money.

Morons. Showed up for appointment I called hour earlier to make. I was excited they asked if I could be there on an hour. When I got there They acted like they never heard of me. 1 the lawyers was at the front desk filling in btw. I said ladies name I talked to on phone. Lawyer said no one here by that name. Ok I thought I showed up to wrong place by mistake. Looked on call log. Is this your #? Lawyer said no. Like ok I got the wrong place. I dialed # to get right address as I walked out Then I see that # on big sign out front. I stopped and front counter phone rings and guy answers that said not their #. We waited and met with them but they said they couldn't help us. Which was pretty obvious at that point.

Do not use this lawyer. They do not update you on information, it is extremely difficult to get answers from them, and they con you out of more money.

They are horrible. Their professionalism, response time and financial side of things are horrible. They stole money from me. I went in for a consult, then before any work was done they had taken $900+ from me and they didnt do anything!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM- if you need any attorney there are much better ones in the area then them!

He also did a fantastic job at coaching me through some of the possible situations I would face in the court room leaving me feeling confident. Stephen obviously knows what he is doing. RATS! RATS! RATS! I wish I could leave no stars. Don't even think about using this 'law firm' they will waste your time from hiring a useful attorney. The lawyer I talked to wrote an answer that I did not want without even meeting with me. Then charged me for it. How does that even work?? Im out $591 after they did NO work on my case. They will steal your money. Then try to use all this lawyer lingo to keep you from getting a refund. Always write emails and text them because they will try to tell you there are no records of what you specifllically asked for, or in my case didn't ask for. Or even record your sessions because they are liars. It took them A MONTH to respond to me. Do your research. And DONT give them any money. Unless you are 110% confident that you are going to use them as a lawyer. Just don't risk it. They stole money from a single mom, they have no soul.Edit: if they say it's a free consultation GET IT IN WRITING. Make them sign it!

They made a very unpleasant experience not so unpleasant.They kept me informed and weren't condescending if I didn't respond in a timely manner do to circumstances beyond my control, and it was over before I thought it would be. At age 56 this was my first and only time to file for bankruptcy so I was completely unsure of the process and frankly I was a little scared. When all was said and done, it was not so scary.

Hired them in April over a motorcycle wreck and they did absolutely nothing for me. I am out now after they realized the insurance wasnt gonna play ball they dropped me as a client like a hot iron. About the client and care my ass, stay away from these clowns. I am now speaking with a new attorney and moving along... Not recommended in any situation, if they have to fight for their money they will drop you after wasting months of your time
