When Judge Sullivan appointed Sarah Capp as my sons attorney ad litem I was fearful that she might not listen to my side, that she would be too busy to show our case the attention it needed. I worried she would judge me similar to the way people in my home town did. The first day she talked to my son in Dardanelle I realized she was different, but I was still skeptical wondering if she would be as kind, caring, professional, honest, and hardworking until the end. The more she worked with him the more comfortable we all felt. It became obvious she wasnt on my side or his dads side but she was 100% dedicated to his well being no matter what that meant. Somethings I didnt want to hear.... somethings were comforting and reassuring. Mrs Capp made one of the worst times in my life bearable. Last but not least (because money does matter), she let me make payments not really knowing my financial situation she took me at my word and I appreciate her working with me. I have recommended Mrs Sarah Capp to friends and family. I will continue. She really is the real deal. I want to thank her for helping my family.

I have known Mrs. Capp for years and she has assisted me in legal matters as well. I am sure all of the people on here bad mouthing her (hiding behind a screen) have lost a case to her or are felons that are upset with her because they had to suffer the consequences of their crimes, or have never even met her. I do not know what is wrong with people these days, Mrs. Capp is the best of the best. I would recommend her to anyone that needs legal help. Her office and the ladies that work there are very warm and hospitable. Mrs. Capp is the utmost professional and very good at her job. Maybe all the haters will eventually grow a set and go speak to her in person.
