I have been coming here to file taxes for 3 years now. Ms Kathy is always so patient and kind. At times my 2 year old will start getting fussy, and Ms Kathy will start talking to her or give her something to draw on and she is good to go. She makes my 2 year old feel included in the process, which makes it a lot easier. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else to do our taxes!!!

By the time i stood up to leave she had money liaded on a card. This will help us move and i feel like a wieght has been lifted off my shoulders. I came in on a rainy tuesday, sat down in my chair and Mrs. Kathy started imediatly in on making me feel like i belonged sitting therenin that chair infront of her. She made me feel right at home, i was very unfamiliar with filing taxes but she helped fill me in on all the need to know things and it only took 30 mins max! She remembered my dad had came in a week or so before and she remembered him talking about his grandson (my son) and so i got to show off pictures and everything and we still got all my taxes done within that half hour!! I cant thank Mrs. Kathy enough, the absolute best i couldve asked for! That rainy trip was well worth it!! Awesome experience through and through.
