How do you rate a five-star team that went above and beyond any expectations? I had been completely blindsided by a summons to Arkansas, when I was living and caring for my father in Colorado. I called several law firms, but paralegal Josh Gonzales immediately recognized my panic, and understood the gravity of the situation. When he connected me with Tammy Gattis she was reassuring and calming, and despite her case load she agreed to help. She had never met me or my father, and literally had to gather information while we were driving to Arkansas. When we met Tammy and Josh at the hotel, they were classy, genuine, and positive. Josh even volunteered to take care of our puppy during the hearing! In the court room Tammy was brilliant, and her experience and wisdom spoke volumes. I do not believe a better outcome would have been possible, and I contribute that to Tammy and Josh. How do you rate someone that has helped you, and to whom you will always be grateful? Tammy Gattis was referred to us by a family friend and I'm glad she was. We definitely made the right choice having her as our lawyer. Through the couple of difficult cases we have had, Mrs. Gattis and her team has been by our side through it all. My husband is in the airforce and we recently PCS'd across seas to Germany but no matter the miles or time difference, Mrs. Gattis and her team has still been there every step. I literally mean every step of the way, getting the results we wanted and in the time we needed and our cases were filled with complicated issues and situations that weren't easy but she never gave up. She even won an appeal case for us, pertaining to my husband adopting my son, which was set legal precedence for the entire state!!! (Holloway vs. Carter, 2019. Ark. App) She truly worked hard day and night for my family and we couldn't be happier! I can't thank her enough. We are beyond blessed and very grateful!

I called to schedule an appointment for a consultation and the person, a male, answered the phone. He started out by saying that Ms Gattis was very busy and that she may have to call me back to conduct the consultation over the phone. I then answered a series of questions as to why I was seeking legal counsel. I was told someone would call me back. It has been two weeks and counting but no one from the firm has reached out to me. Total lack of professionalism.

I would not recommend using Mrs gattis. She didn't know any details of our case, went as long as 4 months without returning a phone call & when she did it was a 30 second call to say sorry and she'll call back later. She had absolutely no interest in our case after she got our retainer fee. We requested a bill for 6 months and never got sent one. Then suddenly she says she is going to take legal action if we don't pay it within the week. We got charged around $500 in interest when we had been being ignored for months. Very shady & unprofessional business practices going on here. As far as the case went, we wasted $5500 to end up in free mediation, which she showed up late to.
