David Parker did Everything Perfect. Listened and made sure I was comfortable every time we talked. He was very professional and Organized the day of court to make sure we had the best chance of victory, which was 99.9% anyway, yet he still did everything to prepare plus some. I won my case, defeated a false accuser. Now I know when we go back when the courts open that our case is rock solid due to his hard work ethic and dedication. Family Law or Criminal I would refer anyone to David Parker and Jud Kidd. Thanks David for putting in the time and effort, more then needed to make 100% sure that I walked out with everything I had before the false report.

Don't expect much legal counsel for your attorney fee. Attorney was unlikely to listen and rushed through without consideration and little discussion Refused to offer a refund. Years of liberalism in Arkansas have led to poorly represented citizens.

I read the Mission Statement and other self-serving propaganda put out by the Dodds, Kidd, Ryan, & Rowan Law Firm's web page. After reading all the hype I thought I would be a fool not to contact them. Thus, on December 6, 2018 I sent a fax to Lucas Rowan of the firm about my case. Later, I called to make sure the fax was received and added my email address for additional contact info. I called on 12/10/2018 asking for a response and a decision. No one would return my call. Did the same, twice, on 12/11/2018. Finally a clerk called me back telling me how busy they were and that their receptionist indicated that I was rude. I stated that due to her arrogance as well as others specifically Rowan, they could disregard my request for representation. Like most firms they appeal to the masses and then cull and ignore the ones that are not a sure thing. Lawyers, like bowel movements are necessary but still both stink.I am Rudy Underwood
