The secretaries, both English and Spanish ones, were as always very uppety. They assume you're guilty, wrong, out of options and in great need. Wrong. They need to grow up and realize we're the public and because of us they have their job. They're not attorneys but firm-fillers. Messages are taken by rhem and relayed to the attorneys. They shouldn't assume the position of superiority and be rude, uncivilized, devoid of any kindness or sensibility. They should definitely say 'Good morning/afternoon' And the words 'Please' and 'Thank you' should be a mandatory part if their repertoire.
