Had a ridiculous encounter with an overzealous park ranger during a family trip to Lake Ouchita State Park. John Stobaugh handled the matter beautifully for me where I didn't have to make a trip back to Hot Springs and it got completely dismissed. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I ended up getting a DWI this past year and through family friends was recommended to get in contact with John. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the laws surrounding DWI. After explaining to me in detail of what options I had available Mr. Stobaugh was able to create me a solid defense and as a result achieved an agreement with the court that I was more than pleased with.
