I've needed them twice because I am on disability, and twice I can not be helped by them. I am not old enough. What's the point of 'legal services' if you cant help people who can not afford one simple deed? Literally! All.i needed was to deed my house over to my son, because I can not afford to keep it,. I am moving out of it. I had to be 60 yrs old for them to help me. I simply needed them to deed the house over to my son because I cannot afford an attorney to do it!

I received a summons in the mail for something from 5 years ago and all I was trying to do was find help! The guy I spoke with today out of nowhere became extremely rude and it broke me down over the phone. I will never again.

I had 2 different issues I used them for & neither were made better or resolved. I was given incorrect info in one case & in the other the lawyer quit working for the company. Both lawyers had attitudes & didn't seem to want to help me. I found out more info on my own than with them. I kept getting told idk to questions they were supposed to know.
