All around great experience with this law firm, could not be more pleased. I was referred to Chris by a mutual friend for some long-term care and asset protection planning for my parents. My parents are naturally very hesitant to discuss financial issues with anyone they are not familiar with.Chris was extremely inviting and got to know our family dynamics very well. My parents were really impressed with how he focused in on the dynamics of our family, and didn't dive right into their assets. You could tell he really wanted to set things up correctly. I used this group to do legal work for Trust Very nice folks...but...made errors on paperwork and it has taken MONTHS of phone calls, emails and attempted office visits (never there?) and still not corrected a major error (other client's name on my property)..so, I'd like to give them a MINUS star in efficiency, correct legal work and customer relations! They do promise to fix issue anytime I actually do get a resonse. Just have not...in over a year now!
