11.21.19**WARNING**DO NOT HIRE MR. VERNETTIHe broke so many Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct. Look elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money. First off, I hired him in March and it took him 2 MONTHS to even serve the Defendant with papers and that's only because I was the one to call his office and demanded they tell me why it's taking so long. Come court date, he did nothing. Literally nothing! He embarrased himself and me while the defendents lawyer is telling the judge 'I emailed Mr. Vernetti my clients information and he should have it.' He was NOT prepared whatsoever! He literally called me at 6pm the night before court trying to prepare after weeks of me attempting to keep him up to date on my case. The morning of court as we are waiting to enter the court room, he is having me fill out papers to the best of my ability racing against the clock before going in the court room. After court he fails to contact me for 3 weeks! I went by his office, nobody there. I left messages, no call backs. I sent emails, no response. I fired him through multiple emails and also requested an immediate itemized bill. Weeks go by and he finally responds through an email. Made excuses for his lack of communication and poor representation. It took him 3 MONTHS to FINALLY file a motion to withdraw from my case and gave me exactly 30 days to find a new lawyer. Retaliation? I think so. Now I have to hire someone new and bring them up to speed on my case. You have been warned about Mr. Vernetti. Steer clear of this man.

7.10.19Do NOT hire Mr. Vernetti. Save yourself the stress, money and time. He continued to charge for services that he never did. Showed up in court unprepared and did nothing. Repeated excuses from him.I never write reviews but I just couldn't allow others to experience the same frustration, stress and loss our family experienced. Honestly, it felt as if he was just trying to close a file the fastest way possible with no regard for the client. Please call around to other places. I'm sure there are attorneys out there that really do want to help clients going through difficult situations.

This attorney ripped my husband off charging for items that does not make any sense, he is charging my husband almost $600 for the first consultation when in his website clearly say first consultation is free, he is charging $50 for answering an email, $175 for a 30 min. call almost $300 for another call and more and more, besides he made a few mistakes while on the filling process, do not waste your time and money with Bryan Vernetti, we are taking him to court to recover our money, he gave to my husband a melt down, my husband was so angry and pissed because he was told by Bryan Vernetti since we dismissed the case that my husband will be receiving $1500+ as a refund since this attorney only filed a couple forms and was only 3 or 4 days that we used his services, at the end he is refunding only $560 from the $2500 that we paid to him, he never represent my husband because he dismissed the case, so basically this attorney charged us $2000 for do nothing, he said that he is charging for his time....what time if he didnt do to much!? My husband was so angry that he got a black out while he was working for the lies and story change from this unprofessional attorney my husband can lose his job and we are just waiting for his manager to talk about the issue, I probably will take my husband to the hospital for what this attorney caused to him, this kind of attorney does not have an idea that they can really emotionally and mentally hurt people by ripped them off.
