Excellent attorney! I have used Mr Bailey many times because of his professionalism, attention to detail, and overall expertise.

There should be a negative star rating to signify individuals such as Mr. Bailey and his paralegal Lisa. I hired Mr. Bailey to represent me in a child custody case, I informed him about my situation and that I need an attorney that can handle my case in timely and efficient manner (as I work out of town), which he said he would be able to do. I put $10,000 down on retainer, things seemed to okay at first, then he began to procrastinate, and give me timelines that he would not meet. He made numerous mistakes during court proceedings, some of which I had to correct more than once. He also made decisions regarding my case without consulting me, when asked about his actions he said the legal professionals came to an agreement... this agreement only prolonged my case and gave him another opportunity to charge me for services he did not provide. He did not provide necessary documents I needed to fill out for the first two weeks of my time spent as his client, all requests I made were not met (or at least when he said they would be) The last straw was when he told me he would file highly important documents for my case and TWO FULL work weeks later, they were still not filed! I subsequently fired his so called firm, both of whom are very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. They would not provide an updated invoice of my current charges upon my request, even though they said they would in our contracted agreement, at no charge. Instead asking why I needed and made excuses that the bookkeeper was out of town and the reason for not filing my papers as they said they would on more than one occasion was because im not their only client and lawyers dont jump when YOU say, good luck finding one that will and became even more rude and disrespectful once I told them they were fired. They then provided me a check and a bill that had revised charges added to my previous months charges.... but these charges werent on my pervious bill, only added once I informed them I was seeking new representation. Upon receiving my bill and attempting to go over it with them and letting them know I read some unsettling reviews about their firm online and I would be writing them a review, they demanded that I leave. I stated I wanted to review my bill, and I have questions, they stated if I did not leave I would be escorted of the property. I said call whoever you want Im reviewing my bill, which I have every right to do, and will gladly tell my side of the story to the police. I had recorded my last two conversations with them because of their demeanor and I informed them I was recording prior to doing so. Mr Bailey proceeded to call the police on me, making false accusations that I was being aggressive, yet in my recorded conversations there is no reference to such behavior. Please do yourself a favor and get a different firm to represent you.... that is if your family and financial wellbeing matter to you, they surely dont matter to them!!
