He was extremely helpful in providing clear advice to me several times over the phone and email regarding the complicated probate process, and ultimately assisted me with some title work to close out probate. I don't recall who I spoke to. I had a recent death in the family. My family member had a will and the beneficiary needed legal help. When you're mourning and at a loss of what comes next the last thing you need to feel is like you're inconveniencing someone. That's what I felt when I called this firm. I'm glad I was the one who called and not the family member who is the beneficiary. Enormous lack of compassion.
