This firm goes to trial more than any other law firm in the metro area. They are not afraid of juries or the courtroom. Prosecutors and insurance companies know this very well and tend to want to give good offers. If you hire this law firm, consider yourself lucky that you have a team working for you who know what they are doing.

They have no client attorney privilege things you tell them in private they will spill In front of the opposing party. To sum up my disgust with this law firm if you are appointed to them just accept that they will do nothing for you and you already lost.

I was so please with how Richard and Jon Marc treated and represented me. I was always treated with respect and dignity by their whole staff. I would recommend this firm to anyone that is need of legal services. I felt like they were respected at the court house which in my eyes is big if you are trying for the best possible outcome for your situation.

Absolutely the worst law office in Anchorage. The lack of effort, coordination, communication, and organization is down right appalling. I am certain Ill lose my case, if I continue to let this firm handle it. They are the reason people are behind bars. They cant and dont care about your life. The state pays them to not care, so it seems.

If we could give them a negative review number we would. Our lawyer 'FORGOT' to show up for our court appearance. Kindly, the judge had us call him, it took him over an hour to get to the court house while we waited. He showed up looking rumpled, like he had just rolled out of bed after a night of partying. To help us, he read his notes from ...our one and only visit with him... off his cell phone to the judge. He didn't bother to put us on his calendar or review our case. Embarrasing and terrible, we couldn't be more disappointed.

You never get to speak with they attorney if they are appointed to you, but only when it is during court. I asked for documentation to be sent to them before my remand date, showing I served my time. The lady I spoke with over the phone said they finally received it on Monday. When I asked if I needed to go to remand, she told me no. That was such a lie making me look really bad. Now the lady she works with said she did not say no. If they are going to be your appointed attorneys, be wary of speaking to those answering. They like to lie and make you look bad!!

Graper of Denali Law Group received his copy via email today. All-in-all, there is nothing to this charge except some police misconduct since nothing in the official charging document is factual: This charge of disorderly conduct is deferred-reckoning for some other issue that police believe they couldn't address well enough. The charge is trumped-up: It's bogus, false, and stinks of police vendetta.
