Mrs Jennifer took on my mothers divorce case. My mother was in such dis stress over everything Jennifer did not make her feel better.. the day of mediation she did not give my mother her full attention she was focus on her children, ordering a cake and calling her assistant Melissa about other cases and with that being said things were missed on my mother case and items never mentioned and money lost because as she says she forgot.. for $3500 dollars i feel my mother could of had better representation. I feel my mother was coerced by Jennifer and the mediator and got the worse end of the deal. i don't not believe she gave my mother case the proper time and attention that was paid for.

First of all I would like to say Jennifer Chambliss Is one of the Classiest Ladies you will ever meet. But, when the time comes to hit the courtroom, the gloves come off, and this lady becomes a warrior. Jennifer began representing me at the half way point of a custody battle for my daughter after my case was botched by another attorney. She battled an incompetent affirmative action Judge from one county, who procedurally screwed things up to the point he had to apologize for it. Got my case moved and addressed correctly. She fights for truth and Justice in a corrupt, biased system. And proves that the truth can still prevail, even when the deck is stacked against you. My only regret is I didn't find her first. Its very hard as a single father, to know where to turn, when starting this battle. I hope this review will help someone by sparing them some of the initial hardships I endured. Jennifer Chambliss literally held my hand, and walked through hell with me. You may start out as a Client, but you will end as Friends. I can not thank her enough.

She must be good! But heartless. She helped my son in law divorce my daughter. He got EVERYTHING. And my daughter, who has been a stay at home Mom and hasn't worked in six years, is left with absolutely NOTHING. She didn't hear the other side of the story of how this man controlled my daughter and everything in their marriage. She probably didn't know that he was mentally abusive to my daughter. What she did for me is hardly able to be summed up in an on-line review. That being said, I will tell you this. From my experience, having just finished a very lengthy & complicated divorce, I couldn't have had a better, more qualified & genuine attorney than JC. She went above & beyond for me, even when the circumstances were less than acceptable, JC was there & prepared. A divorce, by nature is not enjoyable yet JC and the entire staff at Samford & Denson were there for me each step of the way. Being a mother of 5 children herself, JC was always understanding and sympathetic to my concerns. I cannot even begin to explain how flexible JC was during this entire procedure. She always gave me good, clear, 'heads-up' of what to expect and when to expect it and that alone is worth a fortune when you are in the middle of a divorce and custody battle.
