I asked for her to represent me in my case and when I called she was very distracted did not ask me any questions really asked me to call her back tomorrow I offered to send my documentation for her to review and contact me back when I called the next day it went straight to voicemail and i never heard back from her. Seems like a very sweet woman but would not recommend for time sensitive case as she knew the urgency for me and did not respond.

When I first googled 'custody lawyers' Peggy's law office was the first to pop up. I didn't know what to expect. From the beginning she and her team were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very assuring. There was not a time that I called or visited and was not confident that Peggy and her team would get me what I was paying for. The cost is affordable and they work with you on payment options. I'm so blessed to have walked out of court today with Peggy on my side. She not only got me child support, she ended the long term custody pursuit between my ex and I.

Peggy Nikolakis handled my now wifes divorce. We chose her because she had been our principal in elementary school and thought highly of her. It was a catastrophe. She was very knowledgeable and talked a great game but when it was time for business, things went south quickly. There was no communication. Peggy would say one thing and her staff would say something totally different. When it came time for an emergency custody hearing, all we knew was the date and time. Peggy had not told us which courtroom nor had she told us we needed to have witnesses present. She said this was a simple and quick procedure. My wife had to call her soon to be ex to find out what courtroom because Peggys office had not returned repeated phone calls. Because no witnesses were there on our behalf and Peggy had not familiarized herself with the case, it looked like a circus. Needless to say, the stumbling and fumbling by the attorney appeared to be deceitful so custody was granted to the father. Thankfully, he was nice enough to agree to shared custody and had his attorney track down Peggy. My wife nor I were allowed to address these issues with Peggy. Anytime we brought up her shortcomings or tried to tell her that her staff didnt return phone calls or made some type of mistake, she got defensive to the point of raising her voice. In the end, my wife got her ex husband to settle and she walked away from everything, even though she was the only one who worked the entire marriage. She was afraid that Peggy would do even more damage. After all, she had already cost her the child. The only reason there is one star is because I had to put at least one to write a review. It was a nightmare and I hope no one ever goes through what we did with this attorney.

Peggy truly cares about the well being of the children. I'm was blessed to have her as an attorney. Because of peggy I have all 3 of my children in Texas.

I dont normally leave reviews but I got charged a 100 consultation fee to be told how much the case was going to cost Peggy ' bottom line its going to cost 3,000 upfront and 600 to file the papers and another 2000 by the time we go to court. Thats ridiculous to be charged $100 to be on the phone for 15 minutes and to be told the cost. Sorry but I would not choose this firm off my experience I had during the consultation.

Without Peggy I wouldnt have my children and them be in a good home! I have used her on two occasions and have gotten what I wanted! Never met a lawyer that cared so much for the well being for children! A great educator! Honest! Not many attorneys will tell u up front options and not just take your money! I dont unsderstand how someone that works at a law office, after i tell you my charges, cant give you a full price of how much everyrhing is going to cost. But you have to pay $100 for consultation and then be told its going to bw so much. Already got scammed out of $200 it is not going to happen again.

Peggy is awesome! The thing I like most about her is that she thinks in the best interest of the children.

We used Peggy for some personal issues and not only did she help us get them resolved quick she was also very affordable. She also spoke to my friend very candidly about the direction her life was headed and to this day my friend says that it really helped her turn things around. We would definitely use her again if the need ever arises.

Very rude, unprofessional, and judgemental. Would not return emails or calls. Thief at best. Will insult you and had no empathy for the case. Always blamed it on her employees. She had a new paralegal every 2 months. I can see why they didnt want to work for her. Didnt counter file anything. Doesnt file anything you ask. Had no details of the case. She didnt know where i lived, like she didnt read through my case at all. Had to repeatedly tell her my concerns over phone, emails and she was not understanding or showing like she cared. Lack of feedback and she didnt clear up any doubt. Doesnt really answer your questions and gives you the run around. Clearly showing signs of dementia. I feel like she Purposely lost the case which is so sad. Put complete trust in her and was a total let down destroying lives. She would not let any of my family talk to her. Was very defensive. She did not do her job at all. Reported her to the bar which she then gave them false details and twisted words.
