If divorce is where you have to go, then this is the office for all your family needs. Amber James, particularly offered a compassionate and listening ear to hear clearly my situation. Communicated with ease what I could expect to transpire. Communicated effectively with the other parties involved. This office offered a variety of options to achieve the end results and made this otherwise difficult transition much easier. To move through this process without worry and concern about the legal matters was worth every penny.

I hired David Pace, who didn't object to the hearsay evidence used against me at trial, and didn't even object when my civil rights were violated. The one time he did object in court, the judge didn't even rule on the objection, but told the prosecutor to 'just continue.' He's weak and ineffective. If you need someone who will FIGHT for you, do not hire Pace. The New Beginnings staff, who are not competent either, will charge you for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. For example, they charged $100 per page for creating a 3-page paper (for a total of $300) and then charged another $45 for filing it electronically in Alafile, which takes about 30 seconds, plus they charged another $45 for uploading it to their customer billing system, which takes another 30 seconds. It was $5,000 straight down the toilet. Find yourself somebody who will fight for you, and it's not David Pace or New Beginnings.
