I dont even know where to start! Leigh Daniel and Associates, gave me a outcome, that has financially secured the rest of my life. My divorce was very painful. My dad had passed away, at the same time my husband left me. The two men in my life I depended on most, were both gone. I was very scared, depressed and emotionally shattered. I am very Type A and had a hard time trusting my future, to anyone else. Because of this, I was not the easiest client. Leigh, Tanya, and Linda, circled their wagons around me, and helped me feel protected, and not alone! My case was not simple, or inexpensive. We had property in another state, in addition to several houses and acres of land, in Madison and Madison county. And all of my exes. infidelities were in the other state. They set up depositions of women in the other state, and although it was extremely hard to hear their stories with my husband, they knew I needed to, in order to move on. Original Review: Leigh Daniel is without exception, the most knowledgeable, compassionate, honest and capable attorney I know (and I have worked closely with many attorneys for decades). Divorce is always an emotional time - Leigh's honesty and ability to see through the fog of tension, betrayal, disappointment and fear is priceless - her honesty is sometimes difficult to hear if what she is telling you is not what you want to hear - I recommend you listen and think about what you heard and what she is offering up to you even if it is not what you want to hear. Leigh and her staff, namely Linda, were incredible for us in an extremely complex and frustrating case. We live four thousand miles away so finding an attorney to represent us was quite an undertaking. We needed someone who would fight for us as hard as we were willing to fight and we found that in Leigh and her staff. We also needed a team that would communicate well with us and we were impressed with how well informed and in touch they were. Leigh told us what we could rationally expect as an outcome from the beginning. After a difficult trial, the outcome exceeded our expectations and we won our case above and beyond what is typical. No communication I wasted as lot of money and time . Leigh charges for phone calls and she was always out of the country. Left her assistant in charge ask questions no one would explain things oh well at least my new lawyer got the job done. I would ask way she's on discipline before you should hire her. My husband and I came to Ms. Daniel after a bad experience with another lawyer. She was quickly able to assess the situation and tell us what to do next. She was honest and upfront with us about the law and the facts for and against us. She and her staff communicated with us immediately and we never were left guessing. Since we live out of the State she was willing to meet us in a more convenient location to help us out before the trial. When we got into the Courtroom she fought for us and tore about each and every argument of the opposing side. She showed us she had listened to everything we had been telling her and she proved our case. In Court she went after the witnesses and didn't let them get away with lying. She went to bat for us and we won temporary custody. She called us as soon as the Order came in and she cared about what happened to the little girl involved. Eventually, the Mother settled the case and we have custody. The cost of litigation wasn't cheap but it was worth it to have custody. Ms. Daniel worked with us toward the end with a payment plan to insure we got the case finished.

One of the biggest compliments I can give them is that they listen and then they shoot straight with you. The very first day I met Leigh I told her my story and what happened with my wife filing for divorce. She told me right then and there what the outcomes could be and then told me her opinion of what she thought would happen. Fast forward 8 months later and what she told me in her office day 1 of what she thought was going to happen actually happened. What I appreciated more than anything was that Leigh shot straight with me. She didn't try to get my hopes up of the perfect outcome. She was realistic and genuine. Now granted we tried for that perfect outcome and Leigh and Jamerson fought hard for it.
