I'm not local, but was visiting the area and needed an attorney for a friend with a Felony!. Luckily, found Paul and retained his services. He not only got my friend out of jail asap, he got a good plea deal for my friend. This attorney is up to date on the new laws concerning people in Alabama. He was the attorney when my daughter and I went to court for custody. We wasn't saying she was unfit but this wasn't the case it was the opposite of that. We with his advice decided custody wasn't in our best interest. On my case concerning my dads will. I am not the executor but I was told by the executor to do things concerning our dads property. This actually wasn't legal. He helped me not to go to jail. He told me my rights for the state of Alabama as a child of a deceased parent. To be careful of everything I did and what I could do legally and what is illegal. He took his time and was very direct.

this guy was pretty talkative, but his time is also valuable.i went in for a consultation.i know all the lawyer tricks, because i know a lot of lawyers. i also like to argue with them, lawyers are a peculiar type. i did not argue with this lawyer, i listened. what he told me was very helpful. he is a good lawyer, i would have to see his performance in court to rate him higher than good, but he is definitely not bad and certainly not average, especially far as lawyers go. i know some very prolific lawyers, but they are not divorce lawyers. i also know some terrible lawyers, he is not among them.so for me to say 'he is good', means a lot. i'm serious. it is fairly possible that i appeared mildly retarded to him, but only because i was going through a very emotional time and was heavily medicated. im not medicated anymore, and i'm glad i didnt have to employ his services. i most certainly would if i had needed a lawyer.he actually advised me to use him only as a last resort, and for that he has my respect.for his counsel, he has my eternal gratitude. there was a part of me that wanted to seek retribution upon my spouse, it was temptingbut he advised me against that too. it is essential to have an objective point of view, especially when it comes to things as terrible and final as divorce.think his name is steve. i lost his card, but i still have the pen. it writes very well, i am using it to practice my russian cursive, exclusively.so far so good!thank you steve
