Sam represented me for my legal separation of my wife of 23 years. Sam facilitated joint custody agreement alsochild support was waived of my 15 and 17 year old.. Also alimony was replaced with. Property settlement of 400 dollars a month. All other extra curricular and medical are 60/40 with me paying the higher percentage. Sam was great to me and very fair to my X as she trusted Sam as well to look after her best Interests, which he treated her very fairly. I would hire this firm and feel very good about it. My review is below. Mr Bone met with us about a case. He was honest and spent quite bit of time with us. In the end he recommended a different lawyer he felt would do a great job on our particular case. Mr Bone could have talked us into hiring him but instead actually gave up business to tell us our particular situation and location could be best served by another lawyer who he gave us her contact info. We have since hired his recommended lawyer. I would recommend Mr Bone as he seems to be an honest hard working guy. In my experience a guy who will say that in a specific case that there is a better option and is willing to give away income is a stand up person. I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for Dani and Sam. I was arrested for DUI and 2nd degree marijuana possession. They kept me out of jail, kept my license. Just want to take a moment and express my gratitude to Dani And Sam and their exceptional level of knowledge and skill they bring to the court room. I have used the Bones on 3 separate cases now and every time they have treated me as if I was family and fought to get the case exactly to what we had hoped the outcome would be. Most recently Sam personally took on a case that he had little time to look over. If we lost I would be acquiring a class B felony.
