Having a hard time getting my refund because she claims she put a lot of work into something that doesn't exist. She is a joke attorney and WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Beware of this one!!

I hired Richelle to handle my divorce. I am pregnant and going thru a divorce at the same time. I piad $875 filing fee (cash as she requested) and $295 filing fee ( cash also). Richelle filed on piece of paper ( complaint). this was supposed to be served to my soon to be ex. it was mailed. this is the only thing she did. she insisted this was a contested divorce and chose to drag it out. I fired her because nothing was being done and she had been hired for 3 months. I could not get her on the phone. when I fired her and asked for a refund she then blocked my number. very unprofessional. do your research people!

Attorney Gossman is so unprofessional. She promised me I would be divorced in a months time just to get my 875.00. After paying her she did NOTHING. She was so rude to me and told me to pay someone else to do my divorce. So she got free money. She does not return phone calls and schedules appts and does not show up! I should of been apprehensive when I first saw her. She looked spaced out. Be aware

She was hired because of a custody dispute between my sister and her childs father. Richelle assured us of everything but insisted paying $800+ in cash. Once receiving the money she became distant. Then when my sister would call to ask about details she couldnt remember who my sister was or any details about the case and that she would have to check it out once she was back in the office. Then she told us she was filing a petition about the dispute and filed a different form from what she told us she filed. She then disappeared. Stopped answering texts and phone calls and hasnt responded since. We sent her a final message letting her know she was fired. Do not trust this woman she is a thief, she will scam you out of your money.

Scheduled an appointment with her for 1:00 last year in May, 2017. I arrived a few moments early and her office door was locked. One of the neighboring offices that I think she works with or out of told me she was in court (if memory serves.) I couldn't reach her, tried calling, sat outside her office in the floor as there is no seating in the hallway. I waited for well over 30 minutes and she didn't show up or contact me to let me know she wouldn't be able to keep our set appt. Very unprofessional IMO and disrespectful of other people's time. Did not reschedule.
