He is very professional and will fight for you just like he did for me. He is a firm believer in equal parental rights. I tried for eight years before finally switching to him. His virtue is uncompromising when it comes to fighting for what is right for and father and his child. No other attorney that I have found works harder for the best interest of the child than Austin. good guy at first- but Does not return emails timely, refuses to keep cyou in the loop. Excessive billing. bills too long for simple emails or letters Not effective. Horrible communicator. Does not listen. I would never hire him again.

Although we waited until the last minute to contract an attorney, Mr. Burdick reviewed our documentation and represented us well in court.
