Miller Estate and Elder Law is a firm which helped us in a tremendous way to plan for end of life decisions. The information given to us was valuable in helping us develop a plan to relieve the stress of decision making for our children. This plan eliminates stress and guessing over whether they are doing what we would want. I don't believe my children would argue over these issues, but these documents eliminates the opportunity for disagreements. Education of legal consequences and provisions was the key instrument in resolving these matters for our family. I recommend this law firm to everyone because their honesty and valuable information is imperative to all who will one day face death. Dont go to just any lawyer. Secondly, be proactive and get the necessary legal documents in place before an unplanned event happens (someone dies unexpectedly or has to go to an assisted living facility, for example). Not doing so can cost you a lot of money and time.
